Education Technology Organizational Leadership

As interim CEO of a prior education technology company, the founder of Operlytics was brought in to manage the transition of the organization through the acquisition by another company. He implemented a SCRUM/Agile framework in both the development organization and the professional services organization to provide greater transparency, accountability, and improve operational efficiencies. He provided the leadership to help guide the organization through the transition, and also provided technology architecture direction and guidance to better position the organization for the future.

ProgressPulse®

As co-creator of ProgressPulse®, Greg has been instrumental in redefining educational progress monitoring by architecting a research and evidence-based solution that empowers educators with actionable, real-time insights. His innovative vision has transformed ProgressPulse into a dynamic web-based platform that facilitates the early identification of at-risk students and the progress monitoring of student growth. The platform has shown statistical significance in both reliability and validity, accurately predicting student outcomes and providing a new standard for monitoring academic progress.

Georgia Statewide Longitudinal Data System

At Operlytics, our experience working on the Georgia Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) was a journey of innovation, collaboration, and impact. As a leader in education technology solutions, we were deeply involved in the design and development of the SLDS to meet the evolving needs of Georgia's educational landscape.

Our role in integrating multi-agency data and developing advanced data matching algorithms was pivotal in shaping the Georgia SLDS. This integration has empowered educators, policymakers, and researchers with comprehensive insights, driving evidence-based decisions that significantly improve student outcomes.

Moreover, our contribution to the expansion and enhancement of the SLDS's applications has been a testament to our commitment to education technology. We developed solutions that not only provided educators with vital data on student performance but also streamlined their access to various educational tools and resources.

Through this project, we demonstrated our expertise in managing complex data systems and our dedication to advancing educational technology. Our work on the Georgia SLDS is a prime example of how Operlytics harnesses the power of data to transform education, paving the way for a smarter, data-driven future in this field.
